Who processes your data
Data controller: Ga-Consulting, Turin (Italy), VAT IT12966690013. Privacy contact: andrei@ga-consulting.it.
What we collect and why
- Installation ID: a code generated by the app to recognise your game profile, save progress and run rankings and challenges. Legal basis: providing the service you asked for.
- Date of birth: asked at first launch because the game is for adults only and tournament prizes require it. Legal basis: legal obligation and the requested service.
- Game data: scores, the moves of daily challenge, tournament and challenge games (used to check results and prevent cheating), completed levels, the name you choose for the rankings. Your name is visible to other players in the rankings.
- Purchases: purchases go through Google Play or the App Store; we never receive your card details. We only receive the transaction ID and the product, to unlock it and for accounting.
- Advertising: the app shows ads through Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited). Google and its advertising partners may collect the device advertising ID, IP address, phone model and operating system and your interactions with ads. Personalised ads are only shown if you consent on the screen shown at first launch (in the European Economic Area and the UK through Google's consent management platform, IAB TCF certified); you can change your choice at any time in Settings. Without consent you see non-personalised ads.
- Technical and revenue data: anonymous ad and purchase revenue events, used to measure how the game and its campaigns perform.
How long
Game data is kept while you use the app and for 12 months after your last game, then deleted or anonymised. Purchase accounting data is kept for the period required by law.
Who we share it with
- Google (AdMob) and its advertising partners, for advertising (how Google uses information from partner apps, how Google uses data in ads).
- Google and Apple, for purchases and app distribution.
- The provider hosting the rankings and games server (OVHcloud, servers in the European Union).
Some providers may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
Minors
The game is for adults only. If the date of birth shows an age under 18, the app does not let you play and sends nothing to the server.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data and object to processing by writing to andrei@ga-consulting.it. You can withdraw consent to personalised ads at any time in Settings. You can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
